Industrial discipline connects the two. 🚀 What You'll Architect As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large-scale data and analytics transformation programs, with a strong focus on cloud modernization initiatives involving Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google BigQuery, and Looker. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex migration programs across business, data, engineering, analytics, and vendor teams, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will: • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud migration and data modernization programs. • Manage large-scale migrations of data platforms, reporting environments, and analytics ecosystems into GCP. • Drive initiatives involving BigQuery, Looker, cloud-native analytics architectures, data warehouses, and reporting modernization. • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, analytics teams, and executive sponsors to ensure alignment on strategic objectives. • Establish governance models, delivery frameworks, risk management processes, and executive reporting structures. • Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and resource plans across global teams. • Facilitate Agile delivery practices while maintaining strong program governance and stakeholder accountability. • Lead executive steering committees and provide strategic project updates to senior leadership. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data migrations, cloud adoption, integrations, compliance, and business continuity. • Coordinate external vendors, implementation partners, and consulting teams throughout project execution. • Ensure successful adoption of new analytics capabilities and business processes following migration efforts. • Drive cross-functional collaboration between technology and business teams to maximize value realization. 🧠 Who You Are • You have successfully led complex enterprise transformation programs and understand how to navigate organizational change. • You bring deep experience managing cloud migration initiatives, particularly within data and analytics ecosystems. • You are comfortable challenging stakeholders, influencing executive decision-making, and managing competing priorities. • You can translate technical concepts into business outcomes for senior leaders. • You thrive in fast-paced consulting environments where ambiguity, scale, and stakeholder complexity are constants. • You proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities before they impact delivery. • You are equally effective working with C-level executives, product teams, engineers, architects, and external partners. 🛠️ What You Bring Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred. Required Experience • 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives. • 5+ years managing cloud transformation, data platform, or analytics migration projects. • Proven experience leading Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration programs . • Hands-on experience overseeing initiatives involving: • Google BigQuery • Looker • Data Warehousing • Data Lake Modernization • Cloud Analytics Platforms • Strong experience managing enterprise stakeholders, executive reporting, governance frameworks, and vendor relationships. • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones. • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and program financials. • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). ⭐ Preferred Experience • Experience in the Retail, • Experience leading analytics modernization or reporting transformation programs. • Familiarity with customer data platforms, merchandising analytics, supply chain analytics, loyalty programs, or retail operations. • Experience managing migrations from legacy data warehouses to cloud-native architectures. • Exposure to Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern data platforms. • Previous consulting experience within a global professional services organization. 🎯 What Makes You Successful • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to lead strategic conversations with business and technology leaders. • Proven track record delivering complex cloud and data transformation programs on time and within budget. • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and cloud ecosystems. • Ability to bring structure and governance to highly complex initiatives. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on value realization and busin
