Benefits: • Competitive base salary of $76,000–$104,500 CAD . • Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including annual bonuses, commissions, or equity awards depending on the role. • Retirement, pension, or savings programs, where applicable. • Competitive paid time off packages, including birthday leave where applicable. • Health benefits from the first day of employment, where applicable. • Access to a comprehensive mental health care program. • Work-from-home reimbursement. • Optional global WeWork membership and access to hubs in London and Toronto. • Robust training and onboarding programs. • Support for professional development initiatives, including conferences, courses, books, and other learning opportunities. • Access to programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning. • Parental leave support. • Friendly, welcoming, and collaborative working environment. • Social and team events. • Benefits and perks may vary depending on the country of employment and the nature of the engagement and are administered in accordance with applicable local regulations and partner policies.
