Senior Consultant – Endur Technical

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant – Endur Technical based in India. This is a senior consulting role within an expanding Endur practice focused on commodity and energy markets and trading and risk management. You will contribute to Endur implementations, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and support initiatives across the full project lifecycle. The role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting, solution architecture, and project delivery responsibilities. You will work across areas including deal modeling, valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for energy and commodities. You will design scalable, maintainable Endur solutions and integrations while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional project teams. Accountabilities: • Contribute to technical implementations of Endur solutions, including enhancements, system configuration, data migration, version upgrades, and production support. • Design and architect object-oriented Endur solutions that address client requirements while meeting standards for scalability, robustness, maintainability, and integration. • Develop and customize Endur functionality using JVS and/or OpenComponents with Java or .NET C#. • Design and support integrations between Endur and external systems and data sources using Connex and related technologies. • Configure Endur modules, workflows, and business processes in alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. • Support existing solutions through bug fixes, enhancements, operational support, and performance improvements. • Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify opportunities for technical and operational improvement. • Collaborate directly with clients to understand technical requirements and support technical change management initiatives. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and project priorities. • Prepare solution architecture and technical design documentation and oversee the quality of technical deliverables produced by other consultants. • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Endur solutions. • Contribute to the growth of the energy and commodities consulting practice through technical expertise, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence. • Work effectively across geographically distributed teams and support multiple time zones when project requirements demand it. • Travel to client locations for limited periods when required by project needs. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • 7+ years of hands-on Endur experience as a developer, technical specialist, QA specialist, or IT support specialist, including working knowledge of Endur V19 and above. • At least 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with a strong understanding of commodity or energy markets and trading and risk management. • Good understanding of Endur functional areas and key modules, including their application to commodity and energy operations. • Hands-on experience developing and customizing JVS and/or OpenComponents using Java or .NET C#. • Strong experience with Connex integrations and external system or data-source connectivity. • Strong understanding of Oracle and MS SQL Server, including database design, administration, optimization, and performance tuning. • Good working knowledge of Endur Gateways, Accelerators, and Endur Grid design and configuration. • Strong experience configuring Endur modules, workflows, and business processes. • Experience with Jira, DevOps methodologies, and GitHub for project management, delivery, version control, and collaboration. • Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and the infrastructure required to host, scale, and manage Endur environments. • Knowledge or experience with ION Cloud and IEM tools is desirable. • Knowledge of test automation and environment management tools is an advantage. • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and project management abilities, with close attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with limited guidance while also contributing effectively within a collaborative project team. • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. • Experience working within cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams. • Ability to support multiple priorities and project requirements simultaneously.
