Senior Content Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Content Analyst based in India. This role is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact payer and provider intelligence within a data-driven healthcare environment. You will ensure that complex, inconsistently structured records are accurately mapped into governed data hierarchies. The position combines US healthcare market-access expertise with hands-on data analysis, research, quality management, and governance. You will work across Product, Engineering, Content, Delivery, and Client Success teams in a global environment. You will also contribute to improving processes and operationalizing AI/ML-assisted mapping while maintaining appropriate human oversight. The role offers meaningful scope to influence data quality, product improvements, and scalable content operations. Accountabilities: • Map payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into governed hierarchies by reconciling inconsistent names, identifiers, relationships, and structures across multiple data sources. • Conduct online and source-based research to validate and enrich records, including plan types, parent organizations, PBM relationships, provider affiliations, and other relevant attributes. • Assign confidence ratings, document mapping rationale, prepare outputs for senior review, and perform quality control on junior-analyst work. • Monitor, cleanse, validate, and enrich data while identifying and resolving exceptions and recurring data-quality issues. • Establish and maintain data quality standards, data dictionaries, metadata, data lineage, governance policies, procedures, and documentation. • Conduct data profiling and analysis, identify root causes of data-quality problems, and recommend practical improvements. • Develop and maintain data-quality dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other data-management tools using modern analytics technologies. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Content, Delivery, and Client Success teams to integrate data-management processes into development and delivery workflows. • Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives, including the responsible operationalization of AI/ML-assisted mapping with appropriate human oversight. • Train colleagues and end users on data-management, mapping, governance, and quality best practices. • Help ensure data-management practices align with applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. • Gather feedback from internal users and external clients and translate their needs into meaningful improvements to data products and processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in payer analytics, formulary or claims data management, content mapping, data governance, or a closely related field. • Strong understanding of formulary data, patient claims data, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance principles. • Experience with payer and/or HCP/provider mapping, content research, SQL, data modeling, and database management systems. • Experience with master data management (MDM), data profiling, and data-analysis tools. • At least 2 years of combined professional experience working with United States healthcare data. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis, reporting, visualization, and dashboard development. • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Experience with Reltio, Informatica, or comparable master data management platforms is desirable. • Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus. • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, critical reasoning, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to translate complex data and mapping concepts into clear, actionable communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong written, verbal, presentation, collaboration, task-management, and conflict-resolution skills. • Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues, share knowledge, exercise sound judgment, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. • Comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and time zones. • Must be legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship.
