What are the best job boards for visa sponsored data analyst jobs?
On this page
Short answer
There is no single best site; pick by what you need to see. For analyst and data science roles, Real Analyst Jobs shows each posting's own sponsorship statement and the employer's USCIS H-1B record beside the job (2,113 of 5,787 open US analyst roles on 7 November 2026 are at employers with that record). MigrateMate covers every occupation and filters by visa type on a subscription. LinkedIn and Indeed have the most jobs and are free, but their help pages describe no visa filter, so check each employer on the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub yourself.

Applying through the board needs a one-time pass: $2.50 for 7 days, $5 for 30 days or $10 lifetime (US prices on 7 November 2026; nothing auto-renews). | Paid subscription after a free trial; its own pages show more than one monthly price, so check its site | Free to browse and apply when we checked; employers pay to post | Free to search and apply; Premium Career is US$39.99 a month | Free to search and apply |
| Size, as each site states it | 5,787 US analyst roles and 1,317 US data science roles open on 7 November 2026 (live count) | 500,000+ visa-sponsorship jobs (App Store listing) | 2,900+ curated data analyst jobs (About page) | 1.4B+ members (its About page) | 685M job seeker profiles (its About page) |
Competitor cells describe what each company's own pages said on the day we read them. Not found and not in its help documentation mean we could not find the feature documented, not that it cannot exist. MigrateMate's site blocks automated reads, so its site facts were read through a search index and are its own claims.
| Measure | Roles | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Open US analyst roles | 5,787 | 100% |
| At employers with approved H-1B workers on the USCIS record | 2,113 | 37% |

| Open US data science roles (separate list) | 1,317 |
Which one to use
Use more than one. A big general site finds the most postings, and a visa-focused one tells you which employers have sponsored before.
- Analyst or data science roles, and you want the posting's own words and the employer's H-1B record on the same screen: Real Analyst Jobs.
- Any occupation, filtered by visa type, and a subscription is fine: MigrateMate.
- The largest number of postings, free: LinkedIn and Indeed, checking each employer yourself on the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub.
- US data analyst roles from a smaller curated list, free to apply: dataanalyst.com, with no visa information shown.
What each source says about itself
LinkedIn's job search filter help page lists location, date posted, Easy Apply, company, experience level, employment type, under 10 applicants and in your network, and no visa filter. It does document a sponsorship screening question employers can ask when you apply. Jobs come from employer posts and from applicant tracking systems, job boards and careers sites; Premium Career is US$39.99 a month.
Indeed's help center says there is no specific sponsorship filter and suggests searching for visa sponsorship as a keyword. It says Indeed is free to search, apply and interview, and that some jobs are posted by employers while others come from external sources such as employer websites.
MigrateMate's App Store listing describes 500,000+ jobs from companies that sponsor visas, with filters by visa type. Its site, which blocks automated reads, describes how it works, an E-Verify employers section and LCA filings on employer pages; we read that text through a search index, so treat it as its own description.
dataanalyst.com's job search filters by country, workplace, industry and experience, with no visa filter, and the job pages we sampled carried no sponsorship text. Its About page describes 2,900+ curated data analyst jobs, mainly in the US; its salary page is computed from its own postings; employers pay to post a job.
What Real Analyst Jobs does not do
The trade-offs, stated plainly:
- Analyst roles and US data science roles only. If you are an engineer, nurse or teacher, it has nothing for you.
- A smaller catalogue than LinkedIn or Indeed: 5,787 open US analyst roles at 1,029 companies today, from the careers sites it reads.
- Applying through the board needs a one-time payment; browsing and company names are free, so you can always apply on the employer's own site.
- The H-1B record is matched to companies by name, so a company added recently or filing under an unusual legal name can show no record.
- Posting statements are read by pattern; an unusual wording can be missed, and the classifier prefers saying nothing over a false yes.
- Visa records are US only (H-1B, LCA, E-Verify); for other countries it checks official sponsor registers only where one is public.
- No mobile app, no recruiter messaging and no legal advice.
What it means for job seekers
- Whatever site you use, look up the employer on the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub before you apply. It is free and official.
- Read the posting for a sponsorship sentence. A clear no saves you an application; silence is not a no.
- For STEM OPT, confirm the employer uses E-Verify before you accept an offer.
- Quote prices only after checking the site that day: subscription prices change.
Method
- Competitor facts: read on 7 November 2026 from each company's own pages (help center, App Store listing, About and pricing pages), linked on this page next to each claim. Where a page blocked automated reads, we used the text a search index holds for that page and say so. We did not log in, sign up or pay.
- Features were compared only where they help with visa-sponsored jobs: visa search, the posting's own statement, the employer's USCIS H-1B record, DOL LCA wage data, E-Verify, where listings come from and price.
- Size figures are each company's own claims, quoted as such; they measure different things (jobs, members, profiles) and are not comparable with each other.
- Real Analyst Jobs figures are live counts from the board on 7 November 2026: US roles exclude reposting sites and employer-posted listings, and the H-1B share uses the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub record matched by company name.
Limitations
- Real Analyst Jobs publishes this page, so read it as a vendor comparison. We kept to documented facts and listed our own gaps.
- Sites change their features and prices; this reflects the day stated.
- A feature missing from a company's help documentation may still exist in its product.
- We compared features, not result quality; we did not run the same searches on every site.
What this data cannot tell you
- Which site gets the most interviews or offers. No site publishes outcome data we could verify, and we did not run a test with real applicants.
- How many visa-sponsored analyst jobs each competitor has. Their counts are not comparable (all occupations, different definitions of sponsorship), and only MigrateMate publishes a count for data analysts, which we could not verify.
Frequently asked
Does LinkedIn have a visa sponsorship filter?
Not according to its own help page on job search filters, read on 7 November 2026: it lists location, date posted, Easy Apply, company, experience level, employment type, under 10 applicants and in your network. Employers can ask a sponsorship screening question when you apply.
Does Indeed have a visa sponsorship filter?
Indeed's help center says there is no specific filter and suggests searching for the words visa sponsorship (read on 7 November 2026).
Is MigrateMate worth it for data analysts?
If you want every occupation filtered by visa type, it is built for that and charges a subscription after a free trial. If you only want analyst or data science roles, a narrower board that shows each posting's own sponsorship statement and the employer's H-1B record may be enough, and LinkedIn and Indeed are free.
Where can I check if a company sponsors H-1B?
The USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub lists approved and denied petitions by employer and fiscal year, free. DOL's LCA disclosure data shows filings with offered wages. Real Analyst Jobs shows both beside analyst roles.
