New H-1B workers are USCIS initial approvals, employer-wide and every occupation. Not matched means the company is not in our USCIS file (matched to the board on 17 October 2026) or the DOL export, not that it sponsors no one. LCAs count only data analyst titles and only the top 250 filers; Not in the export means the company was not among them or its filer name did not match, not that it filed none.

The top 25 companies hold 210 (39%) of open US data analyst roles. 17 companies have 5 or more open, and most of the rest have one or two.

89 of the 262 companies had at least one approved H-1B petition in FY2025, any occupation, on the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub (data as of 30 June 2026) as matched to the board. Their roles are 33% of the total. The rest are not all non-sponsors: a company added to the board after our USCIS file was matched on 17 October 2026 has no row in it yet.

19 companies appear among the top 250 filers of certified data analyst LCAs in FY2025 in the DOL LCA disclosure data. Across all 2,878 employers that filed one, the 5,701 certified data analyst LCAs had a median offered wage of $96,000 (middle half $81,000 to $118,000).

  • Start with the companies at the top of the table: more open roles means more teams hiring, and a referral for one role can reach the others.
  • If you need sponsorship, weigh the FY2025 record and the posting's own words together. An employer with approvals and a silent posting is a better bet than one with no record.
  • Use the LCA median as a reference for what an employer offered data analysts on H-1B filings, not as the pay for a specific role.
  • Open each company's page on the board for its live roles, its USCIS record by year and its LCA rows.
  • Open roles: every live US posting on realanalystjobs.com on 7 November 2026 whose title matches the data analyst rule used by the /h1b-sponsors pages (data analyst, including forms like Analyst, Data and Senior Data Analyst). Reposting sites (Jobgether and Weekday) are left out (3 postings). Companies are grouped by normalized name.
  • USCIS: approved H-1B petitions in FY2025 (1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025) from the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub, employer-wide and every occupation. New H-1B workers are initial approvals. They come from our USCIS file, matched to the board's companies by name on 17 October 2026, and for a company not in that file from the USCIS figure the DOL export carries for its filer name.
  • DOL: certified H-1B Labor Condition Applications with a data analyst title in FY2025, from the DOL LCA disclosure data downloaded 6 November 2026. The export keeps the top 250 filers; each is tied to a board company only when its filer name matches exactly or by entity suffix, never fuzzily.
  • Postings that say they sponsor: the board's posting classifier, read from each posting's own text.
  • Every number is recomputed from the live board each time the page loads; the JSON download carries every company, not only the top 25.
  • Open roles are a snapshot of one board. realanalystjobs.com reads a large set of company careers sites, not every US employer.
  • USCIS counts cover every occupation and are history, not a promise to sponsor a given role.
  • An LCA is filed before a petition and is not a hire. Its wage is the offered wage on the filing.
  • Name matching is strict on purpose, so a company filing under an unusual legal name, or added to the board after 17 October 2026, can show as not matched.
  • Hires, or roles filled. Neither the board nor the public filings record who was hired. Open roles and past filings are what can be counted.
  • Change in hiring since last year. Closed postings are not archived, so there is no earlier count of open roles to compare with.
