Quality Analyst

Description: As a Quality Analyst fresher, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities: ● Testing and Quality Assurance: ● Conduct thorough quality tests on products and services, including manual and automated testing. ● Identify defects and areas for improvement in products and processes. ● Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts. ● Analyze test results and identify trends or patterns. ● Collaboration and Communication: ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to resolve quality issues. ● Document and report defects for corrective action. ● Communicate quality findings and recommendations to stakeholders. ● Documentation and Reporting: ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test procedures, results, and findings. ● Prepare reports on quality metrics and issues. ● Process Improvement: ● Propose solutions to enhance overall quality and identify areas for improvement. ● Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards and procedures. ● Learning and Development ● Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools. ● Seek opportunities for continuous learning and development in the field of quality assurance. Technical Skills & Qualifications: ● Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies. ● Familiarity with testing tools and techniques. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. ● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
