The three cleaning steps that come up every time
Exported data almost always arrives with stray leading/trailing spaces (which quietly split "Ava" from "Ava " in a group-by), blank rows from a copy-paste, and exact duplicates from a double-run export. This handles all three, and shows what it removed rather than doing it silently.
Read the column profile first
Before you chart anything, the fill rate and distinct count per column tell you where the nulls hide and which “category” column actually has 400 spellings of the same five values. That is usually the real cleaning job.
