Resume ↔ Job Matcher
Compare your resume with any analyst job description.
Paste the text — the skills and experience sections matter most.
Paste the whole posting, including the requirements list.
Paste both to compare. Nothing is uploaded — the comparison happens on this page.
Runs entirely in your browser. Your resume is never uploaded, logged or stored.
Why there is no match percentage
Because it would be made up. Any tool that tells you “you are a 78% match” has invented a number out of a word list — it cannot read your experience, judge your work, or know what the hiring manager actually cares about. Worse, a low score talks people out of applying for jobs they would have got. This shows you the words, and leaves the judgement to you.
What to do with the “missing” list
Add the ones you genuinely have, in the words the posting used. Plenty of resumes say “built dashboards” when the posting says “Looker”, and both a keyword filter and a skim-reading recruiter will miss the connection. Do not add a tool you have not used — you will be asked about it, and that conversation goes badly.
Is my resume uploaded anywhere?
No. The comparison is a few hundred lines of JavaScript running in your own browser — there is no request to a server, so there is nothing to store. That is also why it asks you to paste text rather than upload a PDF: reading a PDF would mean sending the file somewhere.
