How it works
How to read a result
New H-1B workers are USCIS initial approvals: people new to that employer's H-1B, through new employment or a change of employer. It is the best single sign that a company hires people who need a visa. All approvals adds renewals and amendments for people already there.
The counts are employer-wide, every occupation, not only analysts. They are history, not a promise that a given role will sponsor. Where a posting says in its own words that it sponsors, or that it does not, the checker shows that beside the record. Most postings say nothing either way.
What it covers
The 443 companies hiring on Real Analyst Jobs that USCIS has approved H-1B workers for, FY2023 to FY2026 (data as of 2026-06-30; FY2026 covers October 2025 to June 2026 (first three quarters)). A company that is not found is not in our data, which does not mean it never sponsors. For any employer, the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub has the full record.

Questions
How do I check if a company sponsors H-1B visas?
Type the company into the checker above. It shows the H-1B petitions USCIS approved for that employer from FY2023 to FY2026, how many were for workers new to the company, the denial rate, and the roles it has open on Real Analyst Jobs today. For an employer not on the board, search the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub directly.
Which company on the board has hired the most new H-1B workers?
Capital One, with 1,403 new H-1B workers approved from FY2023 to FY2026.
Does an H-1B record mean a job will sponsor my visa?
No. USCIS counts every H-1B petition the employer filed, for every kind of role, and it is history, not a promise. Read each posting: where it says whether it sponsors, the checker shows that too.
What is the difference between new workers and all approvals?
New workers are USCIS initial approvals: new employment, new concurrent employment and change of employer. All approvals adds continuing approvals, which are the same worker again (an extension or an amendment). New workers is the better sign that a company hires people who need a visa.
Where does the data come from?
