How do you find data analyst jobs that aren't on LinkedIn or Indeed?

Posting to Indeed or LinkedIn costs money and floods a team with applicants. Plenty of companies skip it: they post to their own careers page, let their applicant tracking system take applications, and fill the role from that plus referrals. Those postings are real, open, and far less contested, but you only see them if you go looking.

In rough order of return on your time:

• Go to the career pages of companies you want to work for and search their ATS directly. Most run on Greenhouse (boards.greenhouse.io), Lever (jobs.lever.co), Ashby or Workday.
• Use a board that already aggregates those career pages so you are not checking fifty tabs by hand. This is what Real Analyst Jobs does, for analyst roles only.
• Set up alerts on the specific companies and ATS boards you care about, so you apply within the first day a role opens.
• Ask for a referral. A warm intro to the hiring team beats any board, and it is often the actual hiring channel for these roles.
• Check niche and community boards (subreddits, Slack groups, and curated lists) where smaller employers post first.

The advantage of an off-aggregator role evaporates once it has been open for weeks. The move is to see it early and apply the same day. That is why a board that pulls fresh from the source every morning, and shows you the roles in your own country first, is worth more than a bigger one that lags.
